SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1–6 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

After processing, delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs duties or import taxes by your country, which are the buyer's responsibility.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@cozycradleus.com within 7 days of delivery. If your package is lost, contact us with your order number and we will send a replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.
