How fast will it ship?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks. Shipping is free worldwide, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What size baby does it fit?
The baby section is one size in every hoodie and fits babies from 3 to 12 months, up to 22 lb (10 kg).
We'd rather tell you now: a newborn will have too much room, and once your baby is past their first birthday or over 22 lb, it's time to pass the hoodie on.
Which size should I order?
Order your normal size. The fit is relaxed on purpose so there's room for two.
Only the body and sleeves change between sizes. The baby section is the same in all of them. See the size chart in the photos.
What actually holds my baby?
A padded seat sewn into the hoodie supports your baby from below. Straps run from the seat over your shoulders and across your back, so the weight sits on your body instead of on the fleece.
There are no buckles or clips to set up. As with any carrier, always keep a hand on your baby when you bend over.
What is it made of?
Soft sherpa fleece that feels like lamb's wool. It's warm without being heavy, smooth against baby's skin, and stays fluffy after washing.
